  • Feeling nervous, restless, or tense
  • Having a sense of implementing danger, panic, or doom.
  • Having an increased heart rate.
  • Breathing Rapidly (hyperventilation)

  • Having a Trouble Sleeping
  • Having difficulty controlling worry 
  • Feeling weak or tired 
  • Creating a Hypertension
