The Stress in Psychology can be defined as any type of change that causes physical emotional, or psychological strain.

Stress is your bodies is a response to anything that requires attention or action.

Stress and Strain is consists of at least two stressors, either pulling or pushing on the individual in different directions. The single directional stress is usually less devasting to an individual s psychological well-being than a strain. The person has expressed numerous stresses but not may many strains.

The strain can result in any of the following conflicts :

  • The two differential cultural values.
  • Discrepancies between aspiration and reality
  • Perceived differences between one’s status and that of the others.
  • The crisis and lack of coping abilities as the cognitive dissonance. Theory suggests strain is a psychological frustration or even the suffering that one struggles to find a solution to reduce or eliminate. But the truth is that the more, frustrating, and threatening the cognitive dissonance because the major cultural value systems may be involved.

The Strain theory of suicide is based upon the theoretical frameworks established by sociologists on criminal behavior such as {Merton(1957)} {Angrew 2006} {Durkheim 1951} Hence the strain theory of crime, the violence results from a social structure and the psychological strains. The theory of suicide is the social structure and the psychological strains term the violence inward, that both aiming the psychological tensions.

The sexual dysfunction, such as impotence and premature ejaculation in men and loss of sexual desire in men and women

  • Skin or hair problems, such as acne, psoriasis, and eczema or pernavea hair loss 
  • Gastrointestinal problems, such as GERD, gastritis, ulcerative colitis, and irritable colon.

Stress is a part of life what matters most is how you handle it the best thing you can do to prevent stress overload and the health consequences that come with it is to know your stress symptoms.

The symptoms can your body, your thoughts, and feelings, and your behavior being able to recognize common stress symptoms can help you to manage them. Stress that’s left unchecked can contribute to many health problems, such as high blood pressure, heart disease, obesity, and diabetes.

The chronic serious disrupts nearly every system in your body.
